Hello navigator and welcome to my corner on the web.You have entered the area were I tell my story. Name: Felipe Machado Franco. Born: 13 of April 1979. Hobbies: play bass and sing metal with my band, collect music, comics and illustration books. The story so far. I started drawing and creating art when I was very young. Since age 5 or so I haven't stop using mi hands to put in paper or a computer what I see on my favorite nightmares. Finally after the terror of confronting and finishing high school I attended several art schools in different countries and learned a lot as my parents worked in international jobs carrying me along side with them. Then in 1998 I started to study Visual Arts and ended my university studies in 2002. During the last period of my charier studding I started to work for different new starting rock and metal bands and small record companies, designing covers, booklets and web pages. Then from 2003 up until 2007 I worked for Lucas Film / Lucas Licensing doing digital illustrations for Star Wars Episode III the classic Star Wars trilogy and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Right now I have the best job I could imagine taking care of the CD art for some of my personal favorite bands and creating concept and commercial art for movies. |
